Project GRANDD

Project GRANDD is a community-based support program for grandparents in the greater Metropolitan Atlanta area who are raising their grandchildren who have disabilities, chronic illness, or behavior or learning difficulties.

Project GRANDD provides group educational meetings, monthly support groups, home visits, individual case management and practical help where needed. Each year, with the support of caring donors,  we collect school supplies, food and holiday gifts to help grandparents stuggling on fixed incomes to raise a second family.

To date, over 100 grandparents and 200 grandchildren have been served by Project GRANDD.
