Your donation may be earmarked to support one of the listed projects or may go to our general fund which supports the projects in most need.

Project GRANDD – grandparents raising and nurturing dependents with disabilities
We are searching for additional funding to support these grandparents who are raising their grandchildren as well as the serving the grandchildren they are raising.

Adult Down Syndrome Program – an interdisciplinary specialty clinical program for adolescents and adults with Down syndrome and other disabilities We want to add caregiver support groups and additional support programming.

Break the Cycle II – This program trains future leaders in the fields of disability and public health. The Healthcare Georgia Foundation is helping to support our current project. We feel this program is so important that we want to make it an annual program of ISDD.

Outreach Education and Training
We share our experiences with other professionals in the field at leading conferences and training initiaitives. In order to accomplish this we require funds for travel and development.

Research Initiatives
We are working with senior adults with Down syndrome. We are searching other research opportunities.
Partnership Clinics We work collaboratively with other programs that address the needs of children with autism, cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities.

General Operations
This funding would support development of new projects, assisting programs in most need and help ISDD to broaden of scope of work..
