Cartavia Conley, MS

Case Manager

Cartavia Conley, born and raised in Jackson, GA. My grandparents owned a farm, so I lived on it for the first half of my life. I attended the University of Kentucky and received my Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a minor in sociology. After graduating, I moved back to Georgia to begin my career in the social services field. I've worked with various populations/organizations: DFCS, DOC, those experiencing homeless or financial insecurity, living with HIV/AIDS, experiencing substance use issues, mental health disorders, LGBTQIA+, and other populations. I recently graduated last May with my Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling with a concentration in trauma and crisis. My passion is assisting people with restructuring their lives and finding new identities after experiencing trauma. I love this field, and I love leaving a positive impact on my clients. Outside of my career, I am a silly person. I love to laugh so hard that I snort. I love being outside, enjoying nature, shopping, going to brunch, going to museums, rock climbing, sky diving, rollercoasters, laying on the beach for hours, and more.

My motto: giraffes are better than humans🦒
