Rainie Jueschke, CFRE
Executive Director
Rainie B. Jueschke, CFRE, serves as the committed Executive Director of ISDD – Innovative Solutions for Disadvantage and Disability, bringing over 30 years of expertise in nonprofit management and resource development. As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Rainie has been a transformative force since assuming leadership at ISDD in 2014. Under her guidance, the agency has experienced remarkable growth, nearly tripling in size and evolving into the largest provider of kinship family support services in Metro Atlanta.
Motivated by her personal journey of aging out of the foster care system, Rainie is deeply committed to ensuring that children have the opportunity to remain with relatives in kinship care when parental care is not possible. Her dedication to this cause has earned ISDD significant recognition, including the prestigious 2021 Brookdale Foundation Grandfamilies Award from Generations United, the 2022 Gwinnett Spark Prize, the 2023 Janet Sainer Relatives As Parents Program Award, and in 2024 Exemplary Program status from Grandfamilies & Kinship Support Network.
In addition to her role at ISDD, Rainie actively participates in national and local committees dedicated to improving the circumstances of kinship families. She serves on prominent bodies such as the Administration for Community Living’s Supporting Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Advisory Council, Generation United’s Grandfamily Advisory Group, Chris180’s Impact of Opioids on Children Taskforce, and the Division of Aging Services’ Kinship Coordinators group.
Rainie's educational background comprises a BA in Communications from Trinity University, a Certificate of Grandfamily Leadership from the University of Maine, and certification in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support. Her multifaceted contributions have significantly shaped the landscape of kinship family support, establishing her as a respected leader in the field.
