Rainie Jueschke, CFRE
Executive Director
Jueschke has served as executive director since 2014, bringing over 30 years of experience in nonprofit management and resource development. Under her leadership, the agency has nearly tripled in size, becoming the largest provider of kinship family support services in Metro Atlanta. A Certified Fundraising Executive, Jueschke’s dedication to kinship families earned her the 2022 Gwinnett Spark Prize and a 2024 Service Award from the Georgia Division of Aging Services.
Having aged out of the foster care system herself, Jueschke is deeply committed to ensuring children can remain with relatives when parental care is not possible. She serves on national and local advisory groups, including the Administration for Community Living’s Supporting Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Advisory Council and Generations United’s Grandfamily Advisory Group. Jueschke holds a B.A. in communications from Trinity University, a Certificate of Grandfamily Leadership from the University of Maine, and certification in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support.

Thindiwia Bellamy
Program Director
Bellamy leads all Project GRANDD services, supervising case managers, program assistants and
volunteers. She facilitates support groups, coordinates educational sessions, manages outreach and oversees emergency assistance programs. With over 30 years in social services, she has extensive experience working with at-risk seniors and individuals with disabilities. Bellamy holds a BA in Sociology (State University of West Georgia), has pursued advanced studies in Gerontology, and is trained in adult abuse investigations, mandated reporting, trauma-based care, special education law, and parenting curricula. She has earned a Certificate in Grandfamily Leadership (University of Maine), and certification in Quality Standards for Family Strengthening & Support (National Strengthening Families Network).

Patty Riley, CPA
Finance Director/CFO
Riley oversees ISDD’s financial operations, including reporting, grant compliance, budgeting, and
auditing. She previously served as CFO for Priority Ambulance and National EMS and holds a BBA in
Accounting (Georgia State University).

Shantell Thomas
Program Manager
Thomas supports support group organization, parenting classes, material assistance, and Family Fun Day events. She coordinates activities with caregivers, manages evaluation data and oversees the Apricot 360 Client Relationship Management system. She is responsible for newsletters, resource emails, and program communications. Thomas holds a BA in Psychology (Spelman University) and is a Registered Behavioral Technician. She is certified in the Quality Standards for Family Strengthening & Support (National Strengthening Families Network) and will be obtaining a Certificate of Grandfamily Leadership in the fall from the University of Maine.

Emily Ferrer
Marketing & Fundraising Manager
Ferrer leads ISDD’s branding, communications, and outreach strategies, including digital and print
marketing. She manages donor engagement, fundraising events, and stakeholder communications. She holds a BA in Psychology (Georgia State University) and has seven years of nonprofit experience, specializing in marketing and event planning. She will be obtaining a Certificate of Grandfamily Leadership in the fall from the University of Maine.

Sherri Feliccia, MS
Lead Social Work Case
Manager
With 19 years of experience and eight with ISDD, Feliccia specializes in working with children, families, and seniors. She holds a BA in Social Work, an MS in Applied Gerontology (Brenau University) and is certified in Grandfamily Leadership from the University of Maine and in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support. Feliccia is also trained in Mandated Reporting, Trauma-based Care, Safe Sleep, Special Education Law, Motivational Interviewing and facilitation of Parenting A Second Time Around and 1-2-3 Magic parenting curriculums.

Sandiola 'Sandi' Austin
Case Manager
A human services professional with 18 years of experience supporting individuals in crisis, particularly those facing housing instability. She holds degrees in Healthcare Administration (Ashworth College and Perdue University) and is certified in Grandfamily Leadership from the University of Maine and in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support.

Cartavia Conley, MS
Case Manager
With experience in child welfare, corrections, and behavioral health, Conley holds a BA in Psychology (University of Kentucky) and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is certified in Grandfamily Leadership from the University of Maine and in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support. Conley is working toward licensure as an Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor.

Antalaya Israel, MSW
Case Manager
Israel has extensive experience in developmental disabilities case management and resource navigation. She holds a BA in Psychology (Shaw University) and an MSW (Metropolitan College of New York). She is also a Registered Behavior Technician. Israel will be obtaining a Certificate of Grandfamily Leadership in the fall from the University of Maine.
